Refund policy

Exchanges & returns: 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We are able to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.  If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at info@assortedbunch.com.au.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging including all protective inserts.

For exchanges, we will generate a return postage label for your convenience. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Once received and inspected, we will issue a store credit voucher (valid for three years) that can be redeemed at our online store.

Faulty or damaged products: 

If your item arrives damaged or appears faulty, please contact us at info@assortedbunch.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review and guide you through next steps promptly.
