These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from The Assorted Bunch (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Pricing & currency
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). We may update pricing from time to time without notice.
2. Payment
We process payments securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal and Afterpay. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
3. Orders & availability
All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative, store credit or refund.
4. Pre-orders
From time to time, products may be offered for pre-order.
Estimated shipment dates are indicative only and are subject to change based on production and freight timing. Placing a pre-order means you acknowledge that the item is not yet in stock and may ship at a later date.
5. Shipping & delivery
We deliver within Australia only.
Shipping rates, delivery time frames, and return terms are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the carrier (Australia Post).

The Assorted Bunch may run promotions, competitions or giveaways from time to time.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Assorted Bunch reserves the right to substitute a prize with a product of equal or greater value if required.

Unless otherwise specified, winners will be selected at random and contacted using the details provided at entry.
